Customized massage employs a variety of massage techniques including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, and Reflexology.
River Stone Massage 50 min | 80 min
Hot stone therapy uses Basalt Stones to treat sore and tired muscles by promoting deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated basalt stones at key points on the body.
Deep Tissue Massage 50 min
Massage along with direct pressure applied to specific points in muscle tissue to bring about a reduction in tension and pain and an increase in range of motion. We recommend pairing this therapy with the LED light upgrade to increase healing.
Cupping Therapy 50 min | 80 min
Cupping is an ancient alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow and the flow of "qi" (life force). It also aids in these areas:
~Loosening muscle spasms
~Lifting connective tissue
~Draining fluids and toxins
~Activating the lymphatic system
~Opening the ‘Meridians’ of the body
Cupping can create "kisses" on the skin, these are markings of released toxins.
Prenatal Massage

Swedish massage techniques; safe for expecting mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
Reflexology Massage 50 min
Acupressure is performed on the hands and feet in conjunction with a full-body, Swedish massage.
LED Light Therapy Add-On
*Blue (for acne) or Red (anti-aging) or Infrared LED light therapy. Includes therapy on any ONE area, ie, face, shoulder, back, thigh, etc.
